Day 1: Arrive Kampala

Upon arrival at Entebbe airport you will be received by our representative who will transfer you to a hotel on BB basis.

Day 2: Kampala – Fort portal.

After breakfast drive to Fort Portal town via Mityana-Mubende road with a stopover at Mubende to see the historical Nakayima tree. Have lunch at Mubende and depart to Fort portal town which nestles in the shadow of the fabled Ruwenzori Mountains. Dinner and Overnight stayed at a lodge.

Day 3: Fort Portal – Kibali.

After breakfast depart to the Kibale forest for Chimpanzee tracking. During the search of these great closest man’s ancestors, you will have a chance to spot other animals. Tree identification is also interesting given that the forest has unique tree species such as the Naked Adam and Eve. Your guide will provide you with detailed explanations on primates, fauna and the flora in the forest. Dinner and overnight stayed at a Lodge / camp.

Day 4: Kibali – Queen Elizabeth National park

After breakfast depart to Queen Elizabeth National park. Upon arrival at the park you will view the mystical Ruwenzori Mountain range. With a game drive en-route you will witness different animals which include the comical warthogs, elephants and a variety of antelope species. After lunch, depart for Kazinga Channel for a launch cruise where you can see various species of animal’s drinking water along the shores. Dinner and Overnight stayed at Lodge

Day 5: Queen Elizabeth.

Depart for early morning game drive to the Ishasha to witness tree – Climbing lions which always cling on Old fig trees waiting for their prey. A wonderful drive through a diverse eco-system of grassy plains, tropical forest, rivers, swamps, lakes and volcanic craters are quite an enjoyable feature. Dinner and overnight stayed at a lodge.

Day 6: Queen Elizabeth – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park.

After breakfast, depart for Bwindi Impenetrable Forest passing through Ishasha, the home of the tree climbing lions as you drive to the Kigezi Highlands with its terraced hillside and winding roads to Bwindi.  Dinner and overnight stayed at a lodge.

Day 7: Bwindi Impenetrable National park.

After breakfast depart to the impenetrable forest for gorilla tracking. This tropical moist forest is spectacular. It offers habitat to the endangered mountain gorillas. While tracking you will have a chance see other animals which include the rare golden monkeys, elephants, black-fronted duikers, bushbucks, giant forest hogs among others. Dinner and overnight stayed at a lodge.

Day 8: Bwindi Impenetrable – Kampala.

After breakfast depart for Kampala with en route lunch at Mbarara and then proceed to Kampala via the Equator to Entebbe Airport for your outbound flight.
